The inertia dial
The scroll-skew from the main site, with a sensitivity dial. Scroll the little panel hard and watch it lean.
Scroll me. The panel you’re reading is a real scroll container, and its contents skew with your scroll velocity — exactly like the main site’s sections do.
Turn the dial to zero and it goes perfectly still. Push it past one and it gets theatrical.
This is the same vanilla technique: one animation frame loop, one CSS custom property, no library.
Keep scrolling to feel it settle back to calm when you stop.
